Every piece, whether a Maia glyph flag, an oracle print, or a jewelry item, is handcrafted, energetically cleansed, and made with care. To ensure clarity and fairness, we offer the following return and refund policy: 15-Day Return Window We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return: Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. All original packaging (pouches, tags, protective wrappings) must be included. For prints and flags, items must be uncreased, unbent, and undamaged. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Energy Apothecary is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Custom or personalized orders Digital downloads Items damaged due to customer handling Sale or clearance items (final sale) Exchanges We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Energetic Considerations All items are energetically cleansed before shipment. Returned items will be fully cleared before being restocked or recycled.
